03 — Sampling
A physical pre-production sample is made, photographed and shipped for your approval. Nothing runs until you sign off.
04 — Production
Casting, machining, engraving and finishing — with in-process photos shared at each quality gate.
05 — Quality & Packing
Piece-by-piece final inspection, then export-grade packing with your labeling and documentation.
06 — Shipping
Courier, air or sea freight on FOB / CIF / DDP terms — tracked to your warehouse door.

Custom Ordering, Answered
Personalized catalog products start from just 1 piece (e.g. an engraved plaque or compass). Wholesale programs start at 25 pieces per SKU. Fully bespoke OEM/ODM products typically start at 100–300 pieces depending on tooling.
Samples of catalog customizations ship in 7–10 days. New-product prototypes take 3–4 weeks including pattern making. Production runs typically take 4–8 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and finish.
Yes. Our pattern makers regularly work from photographs, hand sketches and CAD files. We prepare technical drawings for your approval before any metal is cast. Note: we do not reproduce third-party designs that are protected by others’ intellectual property.
Standard terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch, via bank transfer. We ship worldwide on FOB, CIF or DDP terms by courier, air or sea freight, with full export documentation and insurance available.
Exclusive designs developed and paid for by your brand remain exclusive to you — we put that in writing. Designs from the SIFAAT WORLD catalog, including customized variants, remain our intellectual property as described on our IP Protection page.
Always. We never move to production without an approved physical sample. Sample cost is credited against your first production order.
