Official Declaration: All products displayed on this website are original designs conceived, developed and manufactured exclusively by SIFAAT WORLD. This website constitutes the authoritative published record of our catalog. Every product page carries a visible “Published On” date documenting the first official publication of that design by SIFAAT WORLD.
Intellectual Property Policy
SIFAAT WORLD owns all intellectual property rights in the products, product designs, technical drawings, photography, product descriptions, brand names and other content presented on this website and in our marketplace listings. These rights include copyright, design rights and trademark rights, whether registered or arising automatically under applicable law.
No part of our catalog — including product shapes, engraving patterns, packaging designs, images or text — may be reproduced, imitated, adapted or used to manufacture or market competing goods without our prior written authorization.
Copyright Policy
All photography, product renders, catalog text, technical specifications and website content are original works created by or for SIFAAT WORLD and are protected by copyright from the moment of creation, in accordance with the Berne Convention and applicable national copyright laws.
The “Published On” date shown on each product page records the date of first publication of that product and its associated materials by SIFAAT WORLD. Unauthorized copying of our images or descriptions — including for use in marketplace listings — constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued through platform takedowns and legal remedies.
Original Manufacturing Declaration
SIFAAT WORLD declares that it is the original designer and sole authorized manufacturer of every product in this catalog. Our products are conceived in-house, pattern-made in our own workshop, and manufactured start-to-finish in our own facility. We do not resell, relabel or trade third-party goods.
Any identical or substantially similar product offered by another seller — on any marketplace or website — that is not sourced from SIFAAT WORLD is an unauthorized copy.
Anti-Counterfeit Policy
We actively monitor global marketplaces for counterfeit and copied versions of SIFAAT WORLD designs. Our enforcement program includes systematic monitoring of Amazon, Etsy, eBay and other platforms; formal takedown notices filed through each platform’s IP enforcement program; documentation of design provenance through dated catalog publication, workshop records and photography archives; and legal action against repeat or commercial-scale infringers.
To report a suspected counterfeit, email legal@sifaatworld.com with the listing URL and photographs. We investigate every report.
Marketplace Protection Programs
Amazon Brand Registry. SIFAAT WORLD is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, which provides verified brand ownership, automated protections against listing hijacking, and accelerated removal of counterfeit offers. Only listings under our registered brand are genuine SIFAAT WORLD products on Amazon.
Etsy Intellectual Property Policy. Our Etsy shop operates under Etsy’s Intellectual Property Policy. We file infringement reports through Etsy’s official reporting portal against shops copying our designs, photographs or descriptions, and cooperate fully with Etsy’s legal team on repeat infringement cases.
eBay VeRO Program. SIFAAT WORLD participates in the eBay Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program, which allows us as the rights owner to request immediate removal of listings that infringe our copyright or design rights on eBay worldwide.
Design Ownership & Product Authenticity
Design ownership. Each design in the SIFAAT WORLD catalog is documented from first sketch through pattern-making to published product, with dated internal records and the public “Published On” timestamp on this website. This chain of documentation establishes SIFAAT WORLD as the design’s originator.
Product authenticity. Genuine SIFAAT WORLD products are sold only through this website’s inquiry channel and our official storefronts on Amazon, Etsy and eBay. If you are unsure whether a product is genuine, contact us with photographs and we will verify it free of charge.
DMCA Information
SIFAAT WORLD enforces its copyrights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. Where our images, text or designs are used without authorization on websites, marketplaces or social platforms, we submit DMCA takedown notices to the hosting provider, platform or search engine concerned.
DMCA agent contact: legal@sifaatworld.com. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the infringing URL, and contact details of the reporting party.
